At Coastal Association Management, the Grand Strand has been our classroom to build and create lasting relationships with our clients who are simply looking to save money in areas of importance through insurance, supplies and staying on top of budgets.

In 2001, we began with 38 long term rentals and we grew exponentially to meet the needs of our customers. Quickly we evolved to the management of multiple homeowner associations along the Grand Strand, permitting us to focus primarily on the HOA aspect of these properties. There is a peace of mind that comes when someone truly knows the ins and outs of your community or property and we’re here to share it.
