Certificate of Assessment

A certificate of assessment is a written statement stating the status of homeowner dues and amounts to be collected at the time of closing.

If you are in need of a certificate of assessment, please email your request to CAM@coastalassociation.net or fax to 843.663.2045.   

There is a non-refundable $300 fee to be paid to Coastal Association Management by check or money order.

Please allow 3 business days for your request to process.  There will be an additional $25 fee for rush orders.
