Certificate of Assessment
A certificate of assessment is a written statement issued by your property manager stating the status of homeowner dues and amounts to be collected at the time of closing.
If you are in need of a certificate of assessment, please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 843.663.2045. There is a non-refundable $100 fee which is determined by the South Carolina Homeowner Association Act.
